Once you and I have approved the design, and your payment has cleared, the making of your piece/s begins.

As each piece is handmade, production times may vary, but one week is average per map.

If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Rest assured that if any significant delay is expected, I will contact you.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges will be advised once the design has been approved.

Shipment to South African physical addresses only.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number.

Mama Jax is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
