I want my customers to be happy. If you receive your order and are dissatisfied with the item because it is not what you ordered, you may return the item/s within 30 business days of receipt. Please inspect your order on receipt, and contact me immediately if the item is defective in any way.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and together with the receipt or proof of purchase.

NB. No refunds are offered for items if the look turned out to be different from what you imagined when selecting the colours, size and/or shape.

Refunds

I will not be able to refund or resend items that are lost or stolen in the mail.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, I will advise you how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I will notify you whether the return is accepted or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
